Supervision Services
Kia ora. I am Wayne Winder, a registered social worker offering clinical supervision for social service professionals.
I am a registered social worker and a qualified Health Improvement Practitioner with over twenty years' experience in social services. I have performed various roles, including support work, service coordination, team leadership, supervision, specialist behaviour support, mental health support, and advocacy. My work has involved supporting people affected by disability, injury, homelessness, and mental health challenges. I bring this experience, along with my training, to supervision. My approach is person-centred, strengths based, and collaborative. I uphold the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
Service Details
I live in Dunedin, New Zealand, and can connect with any practitioner in New Zealand via online communication. I offer a first half hour session for free to see if we are a good fit.
