Kia ora. I am Wayne Winder, a registered social worker offering clinical supervision for social service professionals.
- Registered social worker and a qualified Health Improvement Practitioner.
- Over twenty years' experience in social services.
- Roles have included support work, service coordination, team leadership, supervision, specialist behaviour support, mental health support, service establishment, and advocacy.
- Work areas have involved supporting people affected by disability, injury, homelessness, and mental health challenges.
- My approach is person-centred, strengths based, holistic, and collaborative.
- I uphold the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
Service Details
I live in Dunedin, New Zealand, and can connect with any practitioner in New Zealand online. I offer a first half hour session for free to see if we are a good fit. I am available Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Feel free to email me for further information on wayne@waynewinderservices.co.nz.
